About
Dr. Szu-Min Chien is a policy researcher focusing on global trade and supply chains, AI and business transformation, the digital economy and international cooperation, with more than 26 years of experience in policy research and industry analysis.
She has led and contributed to policy research commissioned by central ministries, local governments, public research institutes and APEC programs, and regularly translates international rules and industry trends into practical analysis for businesses and policymakers through columns, forums and media interviews.
She holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration from National Taiwan University of Science and Technology and an Assistant Professor Certificate from the Ministry of Education.
She is currently an Associate Research Fellow at the Taiwan Institute of Economic Research.
